Then we ride on Foreshore Raod, go to Airport and return and ride to La Perouse. We come back along Anzac Parade to Maroubra, ride some hills around and come back to the park. One of them is a ride to Waterfall on the edge of Royal Natinal Park about 40km south of Sydney. Mainly we ride along HWY1 except between Monterey and Kirrawee. The total distance is about 90km and it takes about three hours. This is a middle hard course. Some people ride through Royal National Park from Waterfall that is a quite hard course.

The second course is a ride to Kurnell and Cronulla. The course is a bit easier than that to Waterfall. The total distance is about 90km and it takes about three hours. Some people ride the course through Sutherland from Caringbah and this comes out about 100km and very hilly. It takes about three and half hours and is hard course.

The third course is a ride to Stanwell Park on the edge of Royal Natinal Park. The course till Watarfall is very same as that of Waterfall ride. We ride a bit more passing Waterfall and go to Stanwell Park. After taking a break at a coffee shop in Otford having coffee and cakes, we ride through Royal National Park to Waterfall. The return course from Waterfall is very same as that of Waterfall ride. Sometimes, people ride through the national park farther: not to Waterfall but through Audley to near Sutherland. The total distance is over 130km and it takes about five hours. This is a very hard course.

The fourth course is a ride to Akuna Bay in Gu-Ring-Gai Chase National Park. We ride this course only once a month on first Sunday of every month. The course is very hilly but the senic is tremendous! It's really worth struggling. The total distance comes out about 100km+ and it takes about five hours including rests. This is a very hard course.
