The riding course on Tuesday is hilly. We start at Kiosk caf. in Centennial Park at 6:00am, first, go down to Bondi Beach and ride up long slope toward Dover Hights. Then we go along Watosons Bay, Rose Bay and get to Bar Coluzzi at Bondi Junction. Total distance is about 27km and it takes about an hour. After hard riding, you can enjoy a cup of coffe! (^^)
The riding course on Wednesday is a course so called "Olympic Course." We start at Kiosk caf. in Centennial Park at 6:00am, first, go to Moore Park and ride out to Anzac Parade. Riding through Alison Road we ride down to Bronte Beach. This down slope is very scary since it's too steep. Then we ride long long slope up toward Queens Park. After coming back to Centennial Park, we ride couple of laps on round course in the park. Total distance is about 30km and it takes about an hour.
Depending on people who get together and condition, we only lap round course in Centennial Park.
The riding course on Thursday is almost flat and speedy. We start at Kiosk caf. in Centennial Park at 6:00am, first, get on Alison Road through Horse Race Gate and ride out to Anzac Parade. Then we ride to La Perouse along Anzac Parade. We come back along almost same course as going course. After coming back to Centennial Park, some people ride few laps on round course in the park. Total distance is about 30km and it takes about an hour.
Though there is no regular riding on Friday, some people ride in Centennial Park doing easy recovery laps before the harder weekend rides/races.
The riding course on Saturday is also a ride to La Perouse but arranged a bit longer. We start at Kiosk caf. in Centennial Park at 6:30am, first, get on Alison Road through Horse Race Gate and ride Doncater Street to Eastlake and head to East Botany. Then we ride on Foreshore Raod, go to Airport and return and ride to La Perouse. We come back along Anzac Parade to Maroubra, ride some hills around and come back to the park. After coming back to Centennial Park, we have breakfast at a snack shop in the middle of the park. Total distance is about 45km and it takes about an hour and half. Some people sometimes do a race on the track in Heffron Park in Maroubra for about 20km.
The map of the course is not correct because the course is so complecated that I could not remember very well: especially from Kensington to Foreshore Road and from Maroubra to Centennial Park.
There are some variety in riding couse on Sunday. Basically we get together at 6:30am at Horse Course Gate in Centennial Park.

One of them is a ride to Waterfall where is on the edge of Royal Natinal Park about 40km south of Sydney. Mainly we ride along HWY1 except between Monterey and Kirrawee. Total distance is about 90km and it takes about three hours. This is a middle hard course. Some people ride through Royal National Park from Waterfall that is a quite hard course.

The second course is a ride to Kurnell and Cronulla. The course is a bit easier than that to Waterfall. Total distance is about 90km and it takes about three hours. Some people ride the course through Sutherland from Caringbah and this comes out about 100km and very hilly. It takes about three and half hours and is hard course.

The third course is a ride to Stanwell Park where is on the edge of Royal Natinal Park. The course till Watarfall is very same as the one of Waterfall ride. We ride a bit more passing Waterfall and go to Stanwell Park. After taking a break at a coffee shop in Otford having cofee and cakes, we ride through Royal National Park to Waterfall. The return course from Waterfall is very same to that of Waterfall ride. Total distance is about 120km and it takes about four hours. This is a very hard course.

The fourth course is a ride to Wollongong where is about 80km south of Sydney. The course is very hilly and long distance. The way till Watarfall is very same as the one of Waterfall ride and we go down into Royal National Park, go through Otford and Stanwell Park and go to Wollongong along the coast. We come back very same route to Sydney after having a break in Wollongong. Some people ride only going way and come back to Sydney by train because the return way is much harder than going way. Total distance comes out about 180km and it takes about seven hours including rests. This is a extremely hard course.
